Registration Categories and Fees

Each accepted paper must have at least one author registration. Authors with multiple accepted papers must complete a separate registration for each paper. Accepted Papers (Full papers and Short papers) that are not registered by October 10, 2026 will not be included in the conference proceedings.

The registration categories and fees are listed below. All prices are in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar). The time zone used for all deadlines is AoE (Anywhere on Earth): https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/aoe.

1. Author Registration – Full Paper from ALL Tracks/Sessions (Firm deadline: October 10, 2026)
(1) Benefits:
  • An electronic copy of the ADMA2026 Proceedings.
  • Access to all Tracks and Sessions in ADMA2026.
  • Access to all conference events, including keynote speeches, invited panel discussions, posters, tutorials, invited talks, the reception, and one banquet ticket. (Additional banquet tickets are available for booking on the registration portal for 1,500 HKD each).
(2) Requirements:
  1. At least one author of each accepted full paper must register at the Full Paper Registration rate by the firm deadline of October 10, 2026 (AoE).
  2. Registration must be completed for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
  3. If you have multiple accepted papers, you must register for each paper individually.

2. Author Registration – Poster, Tutorial, Short Paper and Encore Talk (Firm deadline: October 18, 2026)
(1) Benefits:
  • An electronic copy of the ADMA2026 Proceedings.
  • Access to all Tracks and Sessions in ADMA2026.
  • Access to all conference events, including keynote speeches, invited panel discussions, posters, tutorials, invited talks, the reception, and one banquet ticket. (Additional banquet tickets are available for booking on the registration portal for 1,500 HKD each).
(2) Requirements:
  • At least one author of each accepted poster, tutorial, or encore talk must register by the firm deadline of October 18, 2026 (AoE).
  • Author registration for short papers must be completed on or before October 10, 2026 (AoE).
(3) Registration Fees USD/HKD = 7.8

  • Access to all conference events, including keynote speeches, invited panel discussions, posters, tutorials, invited talks, the reception, and one banquet ticket. (Additional banquet tickets are available for booking on the registration portal for 1,500 HKD each).
  • Note: This category is strictly for participants without a presentation.

✉️ Invitation Letter

Upon successful registration and completion of payment, a standard Invitation Letter and Receipt will be automatically generated and sent to you by the registration system.

🔄 Refund Policy

Registration fees for authors of accepted papers (Full papers and Short papers) published in the proceedings are non-refundable. Non-author registrants may request a refund until October 18, 2026 (AoE), subject to a 400 HKD processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
