Registration Categories and Fees

Each accepted paper must have at least one author registration. Authors with multiple accepted papers must complete a separate registration for each paper. Accepted Papers (Full papers and Short papers) that are not registered by September 20, 2026 (AoE) will not be included in the conference proceedings.

All prices are in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar). The time zone used for all deadlines is AoE (Anywhere on Earth): https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/aoe.

Registration Overview & Fees
(1) General Benefits & Information:
  • An electronic copy of the ADMA2026 Proceedings.
  • Access to all Tracks, Sessions, Keynotes, Panels, Posters, Tutorials, Invited Talks, and Reception.
  • Includes one banquet ticket per registration. (Additional banquet tickets can be purchased on the portal for 1,500 HKD each).

Invitation Letter

Upon successful registration and completion of payment, a standard Invitation Letter and Receipt will be automatically generated and sent to you by the registration system.

Refund Policy

Registration fees for authors of accepted papers (Full papers and Short papers) published in the proceedings are non-refundable. Non-author registrants may request a refund until October 18, 2026 (AoE), subject to a 400 HKD processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
